KEN CHAMNESS, D.V.M. University of Tennessee 1982 Dr. Chamness is a 1982 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Originating from Memphis, Dr. Chamness did his undergraduate work at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Upon graduation, Dr. Chamness practiced in Crossville, TN doing large and small animal medicine for four years. In 1986, he moved to Johnson City and began practicing at Jonesborough Animal Hospital. Dr. Chamness has a special interest in orthopedic surgery and receives referrals from several local clinics. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA), and is currently the District Chairman of the Peer Review Committee of the TVMA, East Tennessee Representative for the TVMA Board, and President of the East Tennessee Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Chamness is married with two children, two dogs, and one cat. He enjoys backpacking, kayaking, snow skiing, and golf.

KATRINA GARDIN, D.V.M. University of Tennessee 1995 Dr. Gardin graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. Originally from Maryville, TN, Dr. Gardin received her B.S. in Biology with minors in music and chemistry from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. After graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995, she began practicing Veterinary Medicine at Jonesborough Animal Hospital. Dr. Gardin is married and has three border collies and four cats with a small flock of sheep.
